Services Terms

1. Service Scope

• Our services include solar panel installation, cleaning, maintenance, net metering, and restoration.
• Additional services like structure fabrication and earthing/grounding are available upon request.

2. Service Agreement

• All services are provided as per a signed agreement between Suntastic Solar and the customer.
• Service timelines are estimates and may vary depending on weather, material availability, or other external factors.

3. Maintenance Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for regular maintenance of solar systems unless covered under our maintenance agreement.
• Repairs caused by negligence, misuse, or third-party involvement are not covered under standard terms.

4. Warranties

• Installation and products include a warranty period as stated in the purchase agreement.
• Warranties are void in cases of tampering, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Service Limitations

• Services are provided within Pakistan. Availability may vary by location.
